About Narbil
Narbil Training
Narbil Training was founded in November 2006 by Bill and Narelle Guinea.
As only the second online provider of White Cards in Australia, the company serviced every state in Australia and originally offered their services 24/7.
Bill and Narelle’s youngest son John joined the team in November 2007 to assist in the rapidly expanding business operations.
As the company continued to grow beyond expectations, Bill and Narelle’s daughter-in-law Vanessa was seconded to assist with all things administrative and general day to day operations.
Having recently sold his and Vanessa’s business, second son Joe joined the Narbil staff in January 2009.
2012 saw the first business expansion into online delivery of RSA / RSG.
This initial expansion gained further momentum in 2013 when online delivery of Food Safety and Food Hygiene went live.
2014 proved to be a pivotal year in the companies growth as construction behemoth Bechtel announced the construction of 3 Liquified Nitrogen plants in Gladstone Harbour valued at 80 billion dollars.
This forced the company to rapidly transition from delivering exclusively online training to a classroom based face to face model.
Further, the Directors were charged with a rapid expansion of their scope of delivery where they moved in workplace safety and High Risk Work Licences.
Since those halcyon days, the company now employs 13 staff across numerous roles (IT / Business Development / Trainees / Compliance) and continues to expand their scope of delivery on an at least annual basis.
Narbil is most proud of the fact that they remain firmly grounded and continue to support the local community that supports them via sponsorships, donations and contributions to a variety of organisations, clubs and community groups.
