RII20120 Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Work Preparation

Qualification Overview

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals working in the resources and infrastructure industries who perform mainly routine tasks and procedures, using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge, and taking some responsibility for the quality of the work outcomes.

Targeted Candidates

This qualification is suited to vocational education and training (VET) in Schools programs or learners with a limited connection to the resources industry or relevant employment history.

Outcomes

This Certificate II in Resources and Infrastructure Operations is a pathway qualification that will prepare an individual to undertake a sector specific Certificate III from the Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package.

Qualification Units of Competency

To achieve this qualification, the candidate must demonstrate competency in 9 units of competency 4 core units & 5 elective units. Elective units can be selected in consultation with Narbil Training prior to enrolment.

Enrolments & Duration

Enrolments open monthly and course duration is 4 weeks full time intensive training.

Part time and flexible learning options can be discussed prior to enrolment.

Courses are run at our Gladstone facility or onsite (subject to resource assessment)
